The new video game console is launching and Leonard, Raj, Howard, and the Sheldon hatch a scheme to get to the front of the line: they’ll intentionally drain the battery of Howard’s iron lung so that they can use his medical emergency in order to get to the front of the line to plug him in. When they get there, however, they find that a rival nerd (played by guest star Patton Oswalt) is using the plug to charge his phone and laptop. The crew must then figure out a way to access that plug before Howard dies. Meanwhile, Amy informs Potato Penny that vodka is derived from potatoes, which leads her to protest outside a liquor store.
